KANU's Nick Salat Get 3 Months Jail For Not Repeating Fafi Primaries
The order was issued by the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal after a complaint by aspirant Salah Yakub Farah.
Salat was sentenced alongside Kanu elections board chairman Edward Kivuvani. They will be jailed if they do not pay fines of Sh200,000 each.
The tribunal has also ordered the party led by Baringo Senator Gideon Moi to hold fresh nominations within 12 hours.
