Nyeri has been in the news recently after residents were thrown in to a world of excitement when a leading chain of supermarkets gave the town its first ever escalator when they opened a new Branch there.
It is with that in mind that Yusuf came up with today's Swahili word of the day, kambarau. Kambarau is the Swahili word for escalator/lift.
