No matter where he goes, trust Radio Jambo presenter Ghost to do all that to make sure that he keeps fit.

Currently in Tanzania for this year's CECAFA Club Cup Championship which has reached the quarterfinal stage, Ghost has been making time from his busy schedule to go the gym.

After recently sharing an instagram photo, which can be seen below, of him training with CORD leader Raila Odinga, has shared a video, and a photo too, of him skipping rope in the gym with Supersport floor manager Angie Musira.
