MOMBASA: Armed Robbers Steal Money & Goods From Tuskys Bandari

Armed robbers broke into Tuskys supermarket Bandari in Mombasa and stole an unknown amount of money and goods on Thursday night.

According to the Mombasa Urban police boss Martin Asin, the two men held staff hostage before ordering a cashier to empty the strongroom.

Asin added that the two escaped in a customer's Subaru but later abandoned it in the CBD.

The police however obtained CCTV footage from the supermarket for use in investigations.
