Many of you have been asking about Diblo's whereabouts for the last few months, after the hilarious presenter went missing on your airwaves, but time's up and ladies and gentlemen in his own words; 'After 80-days of sabbatical leave', the king of football commentary is back with a bang.
A day before he returned on the airwaves, his colleague, Fred Arocho had promised the over 10million listeners that he was in 'negotiations' with Dibo's former Guatemalan team in a bid to poach him and return him home, where his heart is.
True to his word, Arocho's bid was accepted and viola! Diblo couldn't hold on to the exciting news and immediately announced his imminent homecoming news on his Facebook page.
After 80 days of sabbatical leave mhakiki wa soka am back on air. Read his post. "with all European football taaaarrrrifas tonight @ 10 pm.....and your guess is good as mine ....... radio......? Ebu nione mnanitarajia wapi marafiki wangu wa nguvu enyi wapenda soka kwa sana !!!!" He added, much to the excitement of his adoring fans who couldn't hide they joy, heaping tones of praise on the celebrated presenter.
On Saturday, Diblo Kaberia together with Arocho were on scintillating form as they once again helped Radio Africa soccer team to finish second in the inaugural, Lenovo Intel five-aside soccer challenge at the Kenya School Of Monetary Studies, bagging 14 goals between them.
The two, who are loved by their fans, were back together on the airwaves, commentating during England vs Slovakia's match on Monday night, and as expected the hilarious Diblo, or Radio Jambo's prodigal son did not disappoint with his witty commentary.
