A scandal is being reported following Chile’s victory over Argentina in the Copa America final, as the referee from the event, Heber Lopes, allegedly celebrated his participation in the show piece event with two prostitutes.

According to , Heber Lopes attracted plenty of attention in the final for his poor decisions.

Brazilian website UOL Esporte report that the bald man in the pictures and video is in fact Paraguayan drug trafficker Jorge Rafaat Toumani.!
