Bizarre Video Of A Referee Headbutting Angola Player In Friendly vs South Africa

Honestly a referee headbutting a player is not something you see every day – but you can be sure a number of recent referee related issues have come from our beautiful continent of Africa.

So according to the incident happened when Botswana official Joshua Bondo, who is nicknamed ‘sprinter’ due to his high energy levels on the pitch, took charge of Tuesday night’s friendly match between South Africa and Angola.

The match ended in a goalless draw but Bondo provided the biggest highlight with his brief confrontation with Angola’s Masuekama Natael.

After awarding a free-kick to South Africa, Bondo is seen pushing his head towards the Angolan defender, who went crashing to the turf clutching his face.
