Chief officer County department of Health, Dr Khadija Shikelly says 119 cases have been confirmed in all six sub counties.
The cases were confirmed by Rapid Diagnostic test kits at Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa Hospital, Al Farouk ,Jocham and Seyyid Fatima private hospitals.
Shikelly says Kisauni has the highest number of cases with a record 37, followed by Mvita, 25, Changamwe 21 and likoni 21.
She said there is no record of any death from the fever this year. Last year, three people died of the fever.
