Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp today turns 50, and as he celebrates reaching his half-century the club decided to pick out 50 of his most memorable moments as Liverpool manager.

The German will be enjoying his time off before returning to Melwood next month as Liverpool prepare for another season and Champions League football.

There will still be many memorable moments in years to come, but for now, all the best.

1. His arrival

"Turning doubters into believers"

It didn't take long for Klopp to have Liverpool fans in the palm of his hand.

His first interview with club was remembered by four simple words.

3. The first thing he did was go for a pint

4. His first game

Tottenham away was his first game in charge of Liverpool.

The game showed what Liverpool fans could look forward to seeing from the players under Klopp's regime.

Despite the game ending in a 0-0 draw, the away end was united and singing from the same hymn sheet.
