From weddings, to new relationships involving celebrities and now we have engagement news!
On Wednesday evening, Sauti Sol's lead singer, Bien went down on one knee and proposed to the love of his life, Chiki Kuruka.
In previous interviews, Bien has always faced questions about when he will finally walk down the isle with the fitness guru.
He always answered cheekily saying, this year I will shock you guys. big things are coming.
Little did we know that the big day was Wednesday!
Clearly, this is step one to their big day.
Every woman dreams of a wow kind of proposal and Bien did no kill the dreams of Chiki Kuruka. He hired a whole cinema for the big moment and before their family and close friends, he went down on one knee dressed in black official attire.
From the picture doing rounds, you can tell Chiki was so surprised and the ambiance was just right for the big yes.
A few hours later Chiki took to social media to let her followers sink in the successful end of her day. She said:
I was not expecting this at all! Hiring out a cinema, all my family and friends involved. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Easiest yes I’ve ever said. To my homie, my nigha, my best friend and shit my FIANCÉ, I love you.
Sauti Sol's pro guitarist was the first one to announce the good news and Kenyans have clearly been waiting for this big moment.

Of course, we wish them nothing but the best in this new chapter of their life.
