One of Eldoret's well known peace crusaders who played a role in reconciling communities during the 2007/8 violence collapsed and died last night.
Pastor Sammy Mbugua collapsed after complaining of breathing problems and died before being taken to hospital.
Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago and County Commissioner Abdi Hassan have mourned Pastor Mbugua as a cleric who contributed to peace in the region.
