In the video, the mzung can be heard abusing the employee who is said to be working for the Grand Imperial Hotel. In the audio he uses racist words, telling the Ugandans that they have to obey him.
Reports say the American is a missionary, and the video emerged online this past weekend.
The four-minute video show Taylor behind the reception desk, knocking things off tables while the hotel workers scrmble for safety.
But he is persistent and follows them across the reception area, shouting at them while accusing them of hating Jesus.
“F**k Uganda,” Taylor yells at one point. “I’ve come to love Uganda, I’ve come to help Uganda, but Uganda hates Jesus through this son-of-a-b**ch.”
“You obey what I say,” Taylor says later. “I don’t obey you. You understand me? Open my goddamn room. N****r b**ch!”
