Judge Roselyn Korir has substituted the Murder charge with manslaughter.
The judge has noted that there is no one who can say exactly what happened to Kabiru on that fateful day because they were the only ones in the bedroom when the incident took place.
The judge also said that every evidence show that Dola indeed caused the death of his wife.
According to the judge, the conduct of Dola on the morning of the murder was full of regret.
He went to his brother-in-law's house on that morning and asked for a drink and he looked disturbed and later on he surrendered himself to the police.
