Controversial Chelsea striker Diego Costa turned 27 on Wednesday and social media was awash with jokes and memes making fun about him being older than his age suggests.

Costa's matured looks for a person his age have many footballers doubting whether he is indeed 27 or he lowered his age so as to make himself more marketable as a player.

With his looks, it is hard to believe that he is younger than his teammate at Chelsea, Cesc Fabregas, who is 28 years old but has the looks of a teenager.
