PHOTOS: Bishop Pius Muiru's Mum Laid To Rest

Maximum Miracle Centre's Bishop Pius Muiru's mother, Grace Wangari Mwangi was laid to rest exactly a week after she was mysteriously murdered.

70-year-old Wangari was murdered and her body buried in a shallow grave at her farm in Karega, Kigumo constituency after she went missing for days.

Bishop Muiru who contested the presidency in 2007, took to his Facebook page to express his utmost gratitude after receiving overwhelming support both emotionally and financially from members of the public during those trying times.

We the family of Bishop Pius Muiru wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to you for the support you gave us during the mysterious demise of our Mum. This meant a lot to us and it will remain forever engraved in our hearts and memories. Thank you for your prayers ,response,attendance,financial and material support. Stay blessed.
