The Sofapaka attacker put the ball past Patrick Matasi with a classy finish after Anthony Kimani's freekick had been deflected to his path by the AFC Leopard's three-man wall. The goal was Sofapaka's second in the game as Enock Agwanda had opened the scoring for Batoto Ba Mungu in the 27th minute.
Sofapaka will most likely be awarded the match and it waits to be seen if FKF will take any action against AFC Leopards for failing to control their fans.
In the earlier semi-final match, Rangers booked their place in the finals by beating West Kenya Sugar 10-9 on penalties after their match ended 0-0 in regulation time.
